#1 My plan
This is the start of something new for me. The complete and total dedication to improving my health and improving my physical appearance. For the longest time I’ve neglected my body and ate poorly. I ate whatever I wanted and over time I went from 185 to 265. That's over a hundred lbs.
Not that I was anything great or special, but I was at a weight where I could feel more comfortable, and pants weren’t so hard to find. I was a size 36 waist, and I liked being at that size.
I finally decided to do something different, and this is where I will start to chart more of my progress.
I’ll try my best to chart everything that happens good and bad from now on, as a way to see where I am going and where I have been.
